Polanerduin is an affix nearly 20 years old, wellknown in doggyworld on all continents, owned by Fred and Corita Rombouts.

"Our life with the dogs start in the cradle, for Corita in South-Africa (Rhodesia) with Dachshunds and Beagles, and for Fred in Holland with Belgian Shepherds (Groenendael) German Shepherds and Bouvier des Flandres.
Breeding with dogs is a matter of 'feeling', you can't learn it."

"We started to breed with Yorkshire Terriers from the Chantmarles kennel in England and Sabri's in Holland.
Later on we met Armand Klein from the Armani's kennel in Germany and we bought some spectacular dogs. Armani's Just a Jubilant is still a legend in Yorkieworld: he was Duch, German, Belgian and International Champion, and Winner Amsterdam '87. He died two week after the World Show in Brussels where he was Best Veteran."

"In the same time we became the owners of Lady Happy Baby a Special Dog, bred by Arthur Arnoldus in Holland. A yorkie of the highest level, one of the most qualified Yorkies in the world: Duch, German, Belgian, French, Spanish, Potugues, Luxembourg and International Champion, Bundessieger, Winner Amsterdam, etc. etc. It was a privilege for us to have this dog and bring her to the show-ground!!"

This quality brought Fred and Corita to the emperor of the Yorkshire Terrier in the world: Osman Sameja. They had the opportunity and privilege to buy his dogs: till this day a total of 16 of brood and show dogs!
